Maya OS

Our story

Building the autonomous company.

We started Maya OS on a simple conviction: software should run the work, not just track it. Today, thousands of teams let our agents handle the operational load — so people can do the parts only people can.

Our mission

Give every business an autonomous workforce — one that listens, decides, and acts across every department, around the clock.

What we believe

The principles we build on.

Autonomy by default

If an agent can do it reliably, it should. We design for hands-off operation and surface humans only when judgment is needed.

Trust is the product

Security, auditability, and transparency are not features bolted on later — they are the foundation customers stand on.

Outcomes over output

We measure ourselves by the work our customers no longer have to do, not by dashboards full of activity.

People at the center

Automation should free people for higher-leverage work. We build tools that elevate teams, never replace their judgment.

Leadership

The team behind the engine.

Milestones

How we got here.

2021

The first agent

Maya begins as a side project: a single autonomous agent answering support tickets for a 6-person startup.

2022

Seed round & founding team

We raise our seed round and assemble a team of operators and ML engineers to build the unified inbox.

2023

The operating system

Maya OS launches with eight connected modules and the first version of the automations canvas.

2024

SOC 2 & enterprise

We complete SOC 2 Type II, ship SSO/SAML, and onboard our first enterprise customers across three continents.

2025

Eighteen modules

The full suite ships — from warehouse to legal advisor — with agents coordinating work across every department.

2026

The autonomous company

Maya now runs front-to-back operations for thousands of teams, automating the majority of routine work.
