Terms of Service

The agreement governing your use of Maya OS.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Maya OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2.

Accounts & eligibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least eighteen years old and provide accurate registration information. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, circumvent usage limits, or use it to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. We may suspend access for conduct that threatens the security or integrity of the platform.

4.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give advance notice of any change to pricing.

5.

Intellectual property

Maya OS, including its software, design, and trademarks, remains our property. You retain all rights to the data and content you submit, and you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you.

6.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7.

Termination & governing law

Either party may terminate this agreement in accordance with the plan terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and we will make your data available for export for a limited period. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
