Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your data.

Last updated June 23, 2026

1.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, work email, company, and billing details — together with data generated as you use Maya OS, including conversation metadata, agent activity, and usage logs. We also collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, and device identifiers to keep the service secure.

2.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve the service, authenticate access, process payments, communicate important updates, and meet our legal obligations. We never sell your personal data, and we do not use the contents of your workspace to train models that serve other customers.

3.

Legal bases for processing

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of contract performance, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, your consent where required, and compliance with applicable law. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

4.

Data sharing & subprocessors

We share data only with vetted subprocessors who help us deliver the service, such as cloud hosting and payment providers, each bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations. A current list of subprocessors is available on our Security page.

5.

Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterward to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or irreversibly anonymize it.

6.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@maya-os.com; we respond to verified requests within thirty days.

7.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email, and the "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
